<p>SI-Droid Event is an Android app that makes it possible to arrange simple orienteering events with SportIdent without
having to bring along more than a mobile phone/tablet and a SI Readout Station to the event site. No need for a computer anymore.</p>

<p>The basic idea when using the app is that it should need as little preparation as possible before the event.
The only preparation you need to do is to configure the name, date and zero time (especially if SICard5 is used) of the event under
<b>Settings</b> to be ready. The rest is easily handled at the same time as the runners are finishing.</p>

<p>To be able to connect the SI Readout Station to the phone, a USB-OTG adapter is needed. Such an adapter should be available in most phone or electronic shops
for less than €10. When connecting a station via the USB-OTG adapter to your device, take care not to damage the USB port in your device. The USB port could easily
break if you e.g. drop the station while it's connected to the phone.

<p>IMPORTANT: When a USB Station or a serial-to-USB converter is connected to the phone, the dialog <b>Choose an app for the USB device</b> will automatically be shown. <p><b><font color=red>For the readout to work properly, it's very important that the SI-Droid Event app is actively selected in this dialog and that the
notification becomes visible in the notification area!</font></b> <p>If this has not been done, you will not be able to read out any cards.

<p>There is a notification icon <img src='ic_stat_simaster.png'/> that belongs to the app which shows up in the notification area. When this notification icon is visible,
it will mean that the app have contact with either an SI Station or a serial-to-USB converter and can receive card readouts.
When the notification icon is blinking it indicates that the app is active talking to the station and reads out a card.

<p>It is not necessary for the main window of the app to be visible for card readouts to be possible. The important thing is that the notification is showing.
This also means that readouts will be possible even if the screen is turned off and locked or if e.g. a phone call is being made.

<p>Shutdown the entire app, including the card readout, by opening the app and choose <b>Exit</b> in the main menu.
<p>SI-Droid Event je aplikacija za Android, s katero lahko organizirate merjenje časa na enostavnejših orientacijskih dogodkih, na katerih uporabljate sisteme SportIdent in to samo z uporabo vašega telefona oz. tabličnega računalnika ter bralne SI postaje za odčitavanje SI čipov. Računalnika ne potrebujete več.</p>

<p>Osnovno načelo pri uporabi te aplikacije je minimalna predpriprava na dogodek. Potrebna je le določitev naziva, datuma in štartnega časa (še posebej pri uporabi SiCard5 čipov) dogodka v meniju
<b>Nastavitve</b> in že ste pripravljeni. Vse ostalo lahko preprosto urejate in obvladujete, ko tekmovalci prihajajo v cilj.</p>

<p>Za priključitev bralne SI postaje na telefon potrebujete USB-OTG adapter. Kupite ga lahko v večini trgovin z elektroniko za manj kot 10€. Ob priključitvi SI postaje preko adapterja na vašo napravo bodite previdni, da ne poškodujete USB priključka. Le-ta se namreč lahko poškoduje, če vam npr. SI postaja pade na tla, medtem ko je priključena.

<p>POMEMBNO: Ko bralno SI postajo preko USB-OTG adapterja priklopite na telefon, se bo avtomatsko odprlo pogovorno okno s pozivom <b>Izberite aplikacijo, ki jo želite uporabljati s to USB napravo</b>. <p><b><font color=red>Za pravilno delovanje oz. odčitavanje SI čipov je zelo pomembno, da v omenjenem pogovornem oknu izberete aplikacijo SI-Droid Event in da se po potrditvi izbire v prostoru za obvestila pokaže obvestilo o izbiri!</font></b> <p>Če to ni bilo pravilno izvedeno, ne boste mogli odčitavati SI čipov.

<p>Aplikacija ima svojo ikono <img src='ic_stat_simaster.png'/> , ki se pokaže v področju za obvestila. Ko je ta ikona vidna, je aplikacija povezana z bralno SI postajo in lahko odčitava SI čipe.

<p>Za odčitavanje SI čipov ni potrebno, da je glavno okno aplikacije odprto oz. vidno. Pomembno je le, da je v področju za obvestila prikazana prej omenjena ikona.
To pomeni, da je odčitavanje možno tudi z ugasnjenim in zaklenjenim zaslonom ali pa npr. med opravljanjem telefonskega klica.

<p>Za popoln izklop aplikacije vključno z ugašanjem odčitavanja odprite aplikacijo in izberite <b>Izhod</b> v glavnem meniju.

<b><font color=red>NOTE: The free (Lite) version of the app only allows readout if there are fewer than 10 SICards already in the app!</font></b>

<p>When a SICard is read out it will be shown at the top of the readout list, with an orange background.
By clicking on one card, you will get a view of all available card data from the readout. Depending on the setting done in
<b>Lookup of Card owner</b> you can get the app to automatically retrieve the runners name and club from any of these places:
<ol>
<li>From an already read out card in the event with the same number</li>
<li>A user-defined file on the device's local storage. The file is recommended to be saved in UTF-8 format if any kind of special characters are needed.
Each row in the file should look like:<br/>
<code>SICard nbr, Runner name, Club name, External id, Course name</code></li>
Only the first two parts (card nbr and runner name) is mandatory, the rest is optional. Rows not matching this pattern will be ignored.<br/>
Note: It is also allowed to use semicolon (;) as a separator, instead of the comma which makes it simple to use e.g. Excel for creating the list and saving it as a CSV-file.<br/>
If a course name is added as the fifth part on a row, the runner will be assigned to that course regardless if the punches in the card matches that course or not.
If a course with that name doesn't yet exist, it will be created as a new course without any controls.
<li>From an SICard archive on the Internet (mostly Swedish runners; Mobile or Wifi coverage must be available)</li>
<li>Directly from the owner data stored on the SICard (SICard6 or later)</li>
</ol>
Runners name, club, status and punches can also manually be edited by either long pressing on a card in the list and selecting <b>Change Runner Details</b>
or by first clicking on the card and then selecting the Edit icon <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. In the Edit Runner dialog it is possible to expand it to also show the
runners punches by pressing the down arrow <img src='ic_expand_more_black.png'/> in the bottom right corner. There it is possible to change start time,
finish time and all the punches for the runner. The plus icon <img src='ic_action_add_black.png'/> and trash icon <img src='ic_action_trash_black.png'/>
on the right on every row, adds and removes the punch at that control.

<p>If there is a matching course found for the read out card, the runner is automatically assigned to that course and code checking will
be performed. If the wrong course gets assigned to the runner, you can manually reassign the runner to the correct course either by
long pressing on the card in the list and select <b>Change Runners Course</b> or by clicking on the card and then select the left course icon
<img src='ic_action_change_course.png'/> (the one with an update icon on the bottom right).

<p>If no matching course can be found for a card, the runner will be assigned to the course 'No course'. This will also mean that the runner
is directly set to OK as long as there is a finish punch/time in the card. There will not be any code checking at all performed for the runners
assigned to this course.

<p>It is also possible to define a new course based on all the codes registered in a card. This is very handy to use when the first runner on
each course comes to the finish. This is done either by long pressing a card in the list and selecting <b>Create Course from Card</b>
or by clicking on the card and then choose the right course icon <img src='ic_action_add_course.png'/> (the one with a plus sign on the bottom right).
In the dialog you can name the course and make any other modifications to it before saving it as a new course.

<p>If there is a Bluetooth receipt printer configured in the Settings, it will be possible to print a split time receipt for a runner. In the details view of the
runner there is a receipt icon <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> that will print the split times on the receipt printer. It is also possible to configure
different levels of automatic printing in the Settings. Read more about split time printers in the Settings and on the
<a href=http://www.joja.se/index.php/Bluetooth_Printers>homepage</a> for the app.

<p>Completely remove a card from the app by either long press on a card and then selecting <b>Delete Runner</b>
or by clicking on a card and then select <b>Delete Runner</b> from the menu.

<p>If a runner doesn't have a card with him, it is still possible to add him to the event. By pressing the plus icon <img src='ic_action_new.png'/>, a dialog
will appear in which it is possible to type the runners name and club. It is also possible to enter the start and finish times for the runner.

<p>SI-Droid Event supports using and reading out the same SICard multiple times during an event. As long as the data in the card has been changed
in some way, the card will be read out as any other card. If, however a runner accidentally reads her card twice in a row, the second card
will not be accepted since identical data has already been read. When this happens, a brief explanatory text is shown on the screen.
<b><font color=red>OPOMBA: Brezplačna (Lite) različica aplikacije dovoljuje odčitavanje samo deset SI čipov oz. deset rezultatov!</font></b>

<p>Ko je SI čip odčitan, bo prikazan na vrhu seznama odčitanih čipov z oranžnim ozadjem.
S klikom na odčitek se pokažejo vse podrobnosti, ki so na voljo. Glede na nastavitev

<b>Iskanje uporabnika SI čipa</b> lahko aplikacija pridobi tekmovalčevo ime in klub iz naslednjih virov:
<ol>
<li>z že odčitanega SI čipa z isto številko na istem tekmovanju</li>
<li>iz datoteke z naprave. Datoteka mora biti shranjena v UTF-8 formatu, če uporabljate posebne znake (npr. šumnike).
Vsaka vrstica mora biti v sledečem formatu:<br/>
<code>[št. SI čipa], [Ime in priimek], [Klub]</code></li>
Kot ločilo med polji lahko uporabite tudi podpičje (;).
<li>iz arhiva SI čipov z interneta (večinoma samo švedski uporabniki; za ta način mora biti zagotovljena dostopnost preko mobilnih podatkov oz. Wi-Fi omrežja)</li>
<li>direktno z SI čipa, če so na njem shranjeni uporabniški podatki (SICard6 ali novejši)</li>
</ol>
Tekmovalčevo ime, klub, status in perforacije je možno urejati tudi ročno z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek na seznamu in izbiro <b>Sprememba podrobnosti tekmovalca</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in nato izbiro ikone Urejanje <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. V tem pogovornem oknu je možna tudi razširitev prikaza perforacij s pritiskom na puščico <img src='ic_expand_more_black.png'/> v spodnjem desnem kotu. Možna je tudi sprememba štartnega in ciljnega časa ter sprememba posameznih perforacij tekmovalca. Ikoni Plus <img src='ic_action_add_black.png'/> in Smetnjak <img src='ic_action_trash_black.png'/>
na desni strani posamezne vrstice dodata ali izbrišeta perforacijo za posamezno kontrolno točko.

<p>V primeru, da aplikacija najde ujemajočo se progo glede na odčitek, bo le-to tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodelila in preverila njeno pravilnost. V primeru, da je bila tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodeljena napačna proga, jo lahko ročno spremenite z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Sprememba dodelitve proge</b> ali pa s klikom na odčitek in izbiro ikone Proga
<img src='ic_action_change_course.png'/> (poleg ikone Urejanje v zgornjem desnem kotu).

<p>V primeru, da ujemajoča se proga ni bila najdena, aplikacija tekmovalcu dodeli oznako 'Brez proge'. To hkrati pomeni, da se temu tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodeli status 'OK', če SI čip vsebuje perforacijo ciljne kontrole. Preverjanje pravilnosti proge se v tem primeru sploh ne izvede!

<p>Možna je tudi izdelava nove proge glede na perforacije na SI čipu. To lahko uporabite, ko prvi tekmovalec za posamezno progo pride v cilj. Novo progo lahko izdelate z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Izdelaj progo s čipa</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro ikone Dodaj progo <img src='ic_action_add_course.png'/> (ikona s plus znakom spodaj desno).
V pogovornem oknu lahko progo poimenujete in opravite vse potrebne popravke, preden jo shranite kot novo progo.

<p>Če imate Bluetooth tiskalnik in ste ga v nastavitvah pravilno nastavili, lahko tudi natisnete izpiske z vmesnimi časi.V podrobnem pogledu tekmovalca se nahaja ikona Natisni <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> ki bo natisnila vmesne čase. V nastavitvah aplikacije je možno nastaviti tudi različne načine avtomatskega tiskanja vmesnih časov. Več o tem si lahko preberete v nastavitvah in na
<a href=http://www.joja.se/index.php/Bluetooth_Printers>spletni strani</a> aplikacije.

<p>Odčitek lahko v celoti izbrišete z dolgim pritiskom nanj in izbiro <b>Izbriši tekmovalca</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Izbriši tekmovalca</b> v meniju.

<p>Če tekmovalec nima SI čipa, ga je kljub temu možno vnesti. S klikom na ikono Plus <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> se bo odprlo pogovorno okno, v katerem lahko vnesete tekmovalčevo ime in klub. Prav tako lahko vnesete štartni in ciljni čas za tekmovalca.

<p>SI-Droid Event omogoča uporabo in odčitavanje istega SI čipa večkrat na istem tekmovanju. To deluje le v primeru, če so bili podatki na SI čipu spremenjeni. Če pa tekmovalec pomotoma odčita SI čip brez spremembe podatkov dvakrat zaporedoma, bo drugi odčitek zavrnjen, saj je aplikacija prebrala identične podatke kot v prvem odčitavanju. Ko se to zgodi, se na zaslonu pojavi kratko opozorilo z opisom.

Under the tab <b>Courses</b> all defined courses are listed.

<p>SI-Droid Event can handle three different types of courses:
<ul>
<li>Normal OL-courses where all controls must be visited in the exact order as they are entered in the course.</li>
<li>Score courses with a time limit and an optional penalty when the runner is late. This course type is also known as Rogaining.</li>
<li>Score courses with a point limit. The runner must collect a certain number of points/controls to be OK. This type can be used for free order courses.</li>
</ul>

<p>By clicking on a particular course, you get a view of all available data for it.
The data for the course can be changed either by a long press in the list + <b>Change Course</b> or a click in the list + selecting
the Edit icon <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. The following things can be changed for a course:
<ul>
<li>The name of the course</li>
<li>The type of the course</li>
<li>For a Score course, it's possible to change the time/point limit and the penalty.</li>
<li>The controls for the course. Separate the controls with a space when entering them.<br>
For Score courses every control optionally have an assigned point value. The control code and the point value should be separated by either a ':' or a '-', e.g. 120-3.
Score courses can also have mandatory controls anywhere on the course. Use a point value of zero (0) for those. A control without a point value is counted as one point.</li>
<li>The length of the course (in meters). This is used in the results and for calculating the average speed of the runner.</li>
<li>The climb of the course (in meters). If the value is set it will be used in the results</li>
<li>If the course should have its own start time and the actual start time in that case. The start time will only be applied to runners that doesn't have a
start punch/time registered in the card.</li>
</ul>
It is also possible to manually create a new course by clicking on the plus icon <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> and delete a course by selecting <b>Remove course</b>
or clicking the trash icon <img src='ic_action_discard.png'/>.

<p>If you want to change the ordering of the courses, it can be done by long pressing on the course you want to move and then choose either <b>Move Up</b> or
<b>Move Down</b> in the menu. This will affect the course ordering for all types of results and reports.

<p>If you already have courses defined in e.g OCAD, it is possible to import them via the menu option <b>Import Courses</b>.
The courses must first be exported from the course setting software as an IOF XML v2.0.3/v3.0 course file and copied to the SD card. When reimporting courses,
courses that have the exact same name will be updated instead of creating a new course.

<p>As soon as a change is made for a course, all the assigned runners' results will automatically be recalculated.

<p>SI-Droid Event trenutno pozna tri vrste prog:
<ul>
<li>Klasične proge, kjer je potrebno perforirati vse kontrolne točke v pravilnem vrstnem redu, se pravi, v takem vrstnem redu, kot so vnešene v aplikaciji za posamezno progo.</li>
<li>'Score' proge s časovno omejitvijo in opcijsko kaznijo v primeru prekoračitve omejitve. Te proge so poimenovane tudi 'Rogaining'.</li>

<ul>
<li>Naziv proge</li>
<li>Vrsto proge</li>
<li>Za 'Score' proge je možna sprememba časovne/točkovne omejitve in kazni.</li>
<li>Kontrolne točke za progo. Posamezne kontrolne točke ob vnosu ločite s presledkom.<br>
Za 'Score' proge lahko posameznim kontrolnim točkam dodelite točkovno vrednost. Kontrolna točka in točkovna vrednost morata biti ločena z dvopičjem (:) ali vezajem (-), npr. 120-3.
'Score' proge lahko vsebujejo tudi obvezne kotrolne točke kjerkoli na progi. Za le-te uporabite točkovno vrednost nič (0). Kontrolne točke brez vnešene točkovne vrednosti imajo avtomatsko točkovno vrednost ena (1).</li>
<li>Dolžina proge (v metrih). Ta podatek se uporablja pri prikazu rezultatov in sicer za izračun povprečne hitrosti tekmovalca.</li>
<li>Vzpon posamezne proge (v višinskih metrih). Če je vrednost nastavljena, bo uporabljena v rezultatih</li>
<li>Ali ima posamezna proga lastni štartni čas in dejanski štartni čas. Štartni čas bo dodeljen le tekmovalcem, ki na SI čipu nimajo perforirane štartne SI postaje.</li>
</ul>
Možna je tudi ročna izdelava nove proge s pritiskom na ikono Plus <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> in brisanje proge z izbiro <b>Izbriši progo</b>
ali pritiskom na ikono Smetnjak <img src='ic_action_discard.png'/>.

<p>V kolikor želite spremeniti vrstni red prog, to lahko storite z dolgim pritiskom na progo, ki bi jo radi premaknili in nato izbiro <b>Premakni gor</b> ali
<b>Premakni dol</b> v priročnem meniju. To bo vplivalo na vrstni red prog v vseh prikazih in poročilih.

<p>Če imate proge že definirane npr. v OCAD-u, jih lahko uvozite preko menijske opcije <b>Uvozi proge</b>.
Proge morate iz izvornega programa za trasiranje najprej izvoziti v formatu IOF XML v2.0.3/v3.0 in jih nato prenesti na telefon. V primeru, da proge z enakim imenom v podatkovni bazi že obstajajo, ne bodo prepisane, temveč bodo posodobljene!

<p>Takoj po spremembi podatkov o progi bodo preračunani tudi vsi rezultati.

Under the <b>Results</b> tab, all read out cards/runners are listed for each course in their result order. Here it is also possible to click
on a runner and get all the card details. It is also possible to click on the course row (in orange) to hide/show all the results for that course.

<p>By clicking the Share icon <img src='ic_action_share.png'/> it is possible to generate the following result reports: <ul>
<li>A straightforward result without any split times as a simple HTML page.</li>
<li>A complete split times report including all intermediate times and positions.</li>
<li>As an IOF v3.0 XML file (with split times). This file can then be imported to WinSplits or another kind of result system.</li>
<li>A split times report in the old OE2003/MT2003 CSV format. This file can e.g. be used for sharing split times on the site splitsbrowser.org.uk</li>
<li>A report with all cards in the event as a SportIdent CSV file</li>
<li>The whole event as a <a href='http://www.melin.nu/meos/en'>MeOS</a> backup for further post-processing.</li>
<li>A combined results report. When the same card has a result on more than one course, all those results are combined into a total result. This report comes
in three different variations as well. If a card has run the same course more than once, You can select if the best, the first or the last run from that course
should be the one counted towards the total result</li> </ul>

<p>All the different types of reports can be shared in the following ways: <ul>
<li>A simple preview in the web browser of the device.</li>
<li>Share the file through one of the other apps installed, e.g. Email, Dropbox or Google Drive</li>
<li>Export the file to a place of your choice.</li> </ul>

<p>If there is a Bluetooth receipt printer configured in the Settings, a receipt icon <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> will be shown. By clicking the icon
it is possible to print a simple result report for the whole event.
Na zavihku <b>Rezultati</b> so prikazani rezultati vseh tekmovalcev/SI čipov za posamezno progo glede na razvrstitev. Tudi tu lahko s pritiskom v vrstico tekmovalca odprete podokno s podrobnostmi. S pritiskom na oranžno vrstico z nazivom proge lahko ta del rezultatov skrijete/prikažete.

<p>S pritiskom na ikono Deli <img src='ic_action_share.png'/> lahko generirate različna poročila z rezultati: <ul>
<li>Preprosti izpis rezultatov brez vmesnih časov kot HTML stran.</li>
<li>Popolno poročilo z vsemi vmesnimi časi in vmesnimi uvrstitvami.</li>
<li>IOF v3.0 XML datoteko (z vmesnimi časi). To datoteko lahko nato uvozite v WinSplits ali podoben sistem za obdelavo rezultatov.</li>

<li>Deljenje datoteke preko druge aplikacije na napravi, npr. E-mail, Dropbox ali Google Drive</li>
<li>Izvoz datoteke na poljubno mesto v napravi.</li> </ul>

<p>Če ste v nastavitvah pravilno nastavili tudi Bluetooth tiskalnik, bo prikazana ikona Tiskanje <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> . S klikom nanjo je možen izpis preprostega poročila z rezultati dogodka.

The app have a single database that only can contain one event. The data in the database/event can though be exported (backed up) and later be imported (restored)
again into the database. If you want to switch to a new event you should first backup the current data and then clear all data in the database. After that you
are ready for a new event and still have a backup of the old event.

<p>All backups are saved on internal or external storage with event name and a timestamp. If you want to remove old backups you currently have to do that from
outside of the app.

<p>In the Manage DB menu it is possible to do the following: <ul>
<li>Show some statistics about the event</li>
<li>Save a backup copy of the entire event to the SD card</li>
<li>Restore an event from a previously saved backup (only in Full version, not in Lite)</li>
<li>Erase all data for the current event, e.g when starting a new event</li>
<li>Restore an example event which can be useful for testing the app without access to a real SI Station</li> </ul>
Aplikacija uporablja samo eno podatkovno bazo, ki lahko vsebuje samo en dogodek (tekmovanje) hkrati. Podatke iz te podatkovne baze je mogoče izvoziti (izdelati varnostno kopijo) in kasneje uvoziti (obnoviti varnostno kopijo) nazaj. Ob izdelavi novega dogodka najprej izdelajte varnostno kopijo trenutnega dogodka in šele nato izbrišite podatkovno bazo. Tako ste pripravljeni na ustvarjanje novega dogodka in imate hkrati varnostno kopijo prejšnjega.

<p>Vse varnostne kopije se shranjujejo na notranji oz. zunanji pomnilnik z nazivom dogodka in časovnim žigom. Če želite odstraniti starejše varnostne kopije, morate to storiti ročno (z urejevalnikom datotek) izven okvira aplikacije.

<p>SI-Droid Event is an Android app that makes it possible to arrange simple orienteering events with SportIdent without
having to bring along more than a mobile phone/tablet and a SI Readout Station to the event site. No need for a computer anymore.</p>

<p>The basic idea when using the app is that it should need as little preparation as possible before the event.
The only preparation you need to do is to configure the name, date and zero time (especially if SICard5 is used) of the event under
<b>Settings</b> to be ready. The rest is easily handled at the same time as the runners are finishing.</p>

<p>To be able to connect the SI Readout Station to the phone, a USB-OTG adapter is needed. Such an adapter should be available in most phone or electronic shops
for less than €10. When connecting a station via the USB-OTG adapter to your device, take care not to damage the USB port in your device. The USB port could easily
break if you e.g. drop the station while it's connected to the phone.

<p>IMPORTANT: When a USB Station or a serial-to-USB converter is connected to the phone, the dialog <b>Choose an app for the USB device</b> will automatically be shown. <p><b><font color=red>For the readout to work properly, it's very important that the SI-Droid Event app is actively selected in this dialog and that the
notification becomes visible in the notification area!</font></b> <p>If this has not been done, you will not be able to read out any cards.

<p>There is a notification icon <img src='ic_stat_simaster.png'/> that belongs to the app which shows up in the notification area. When this notification icon is visible,
it will mean that the app have contact with either an SI Station or a serial-to-USB converter and can receive card readouts.
When the notification icon is blinking it indicates that the app is active talking to the station and reads out a card.

<p>It is not necessary for the main window of the app to be visible for card readouts to be possible. The important thing is that the notification is showing.
This also means that readouts will be possible even if the screen is turned off and locked or if e.g. a phone call is being made.

<p>Shutdown the entire app, including the card readout, by opening the app and choose <b>Exit</b> in the main menu.
<p>SI-Droid Event je aplikacija za Android, s katero lahko organizirate merjenje časa na enostavnejših orientacijskih dogodkih, na katerih uporabljate sisteme SportIdent in to samo z uporabo vašega telefona oz. tabličnega računalnika ter bralne SI postaje za odčitavanje SI čipov. Računalnika ne potrebujete več.</p>

<p>Osnovno načelo pri uporabi te aplikacije je minimalna predpriprava na dogodek. Potrebna je le določitev naziva, datuma in štartnega časa (še posebej pri uporabi SiCard5 čipov) dogodka v meniju
<b>Nastavitve</b> in že ste pripravljeni. Vse ostalo lahko preprosto urejate in obvladujete, ko tekmovalci prihajajo v cilj.</p>

<p>Za priključitev bralne SI postaje na telefon potrebujete USB-OTG adapter. Kupite ga lahko v večini trgovin z elektroniko za manj kot 10€. Ob priključitvi SI postaje preko adapterja na vašo napravo bodite previdni, da ne poškodujete USB priključka. Le-ta se namreč lahko poškoduje, če vam npr. SI postaja pade na tla, medtem ko je priključena.

<p>POMEMBNO: Ko bralno SI postajo preko USB-OTG adapterja priklopite na telefon, se bo avtomatsko odprlo pogovorno okno s pozivom <b>Izberite aplikacijo, ki jo želite uporabljati s to USB napravo</b>. <p><b><font color=red>Za pravilno delovanje oz. odčitavanje SI čipov je zelo pomembno, da v omenjenem pogovornem oknu izberete aplikacijo SI-Droid Event in da se po potrditvi izbire v prostoru za obvestila pokaže obvestilo o izbiri!</font></b> <p>Če to ni bilo pravilno izvedeno, ne boste mogli odčitavati SI čipov.

<p>Aplikacija ima svojo ikono <img src='ic_stat_simaster.png'/> , ki se pokaže v področju za obvestila. Ko je ta ikona vidna, je aplikacija povezana z bralno SI postajo in lahko odčitava SI čipe.

The app have a single database that only can contain one event. The data in the database/event can though be exported (backed up) and later be imported (restored)
again into the database. If you want to switch to a new event you should first backup the current data and then clear all data in the database. After that you
are ready for a new event and still have a backup of the old event.

<p>All backups are saved on internal or external storage with event name and a timestamp. If you want to remove old backups you currently have to do that from
outside of the app.

<p>In the Manage DB menu it is possible to do the following: <ul>
<li>Show some statistics about the event</li>
<li>Save a backup copy of the entire event to the SD card</li>
<li>Restore an event from a previously saved backup (only in Full version, not in Lite)</li>
<li>Erase all data for the current event, e.g when starting a new event</li>
<li>Restore an example event which can be useful for testing the app without access to a real SI Station</li> </ul>
Aplikacija uporablja samo eno podatkovno bazo, ki lahko vsebuje samo en dogodek (tekmovanje) hkrati. Podatke iz te podatkovne baze je mogoče izvoziti (izdelati varnostno kopijo) in kasneje uvoziti (obnoviti varnostno kopijo) nazaj. Under the tab <b>Courses</b> all defined courses are listed.

<p>SI-Droid Event can handle three different types of courses:
<ul>
<li>Normal OL-courses where all controls must be visited in the exact order as they are entered in the course.</li>
<li>Score courses with a time limit and an optional penalty when the runner is late. This course type is also known as Rogaining.</li>
<li>Score courses with a point limit. The runner must collect a certain number of points/controls to be OK. This type can be used for free order courses.</li>
</ul>

<p>By clicking on a particular course, you get a view of all available data for it.
The data for the course can be changed either by a long press in the list + <b>Change Course</b> or a click in the list + selecting
the Edit icon <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. The following things can be changed for a course:
<ul>
<li>The name of the course</li>
<li>The type of the course</li>
<li>For a Score course, it's possible to change the time/point limit and the penalty.</li>
<li>The controls for the course. Separate the controls with a space when entering them.<br>
For Score courses every control optionally have an assigned point value. The control code and the point value should be separated by either a ':' or a '-', e.g. 120-3.
Score courses can also have mandatory controls anywhere on the course. Use a point value of zero (0) for those. A control without a point value is counted as one point.</li>
<li>The length of the course (in meters). This is used in the results and for calculating the average speed of the runner.</li>
<li>The climb of the course (in meters). If the value is set it will be used in the results</li>
<li>If the course should have its own start time and the actual start time in that case. The start time will only be applied to runners that doesn't have a
start punch/time registered in the card.</li>
</ul>
It is also possible to manually create a new course by clicking on the plus icon <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> and delete a course by selecting <b>Remove course</b>
or clicking the trash icon <img src='ic_action_discard.png'/>.

<p>If you want to change the ordering of the courses, it can be done by long pressing on the course you want to move and then choose either <b>Move Up</b> or
<b>Move Down</b> in the menu. This will affect the course ordering for all types of results and reports.

<p>If you already have courses defined in e.g OCAD, it is possible to import them via the menu option <b>Import Courses</b>.
The courses must first be exported from the course setting software as an IOF XML v2.0.3/v3.0 course file and copied to the SD card. When reimporting courses,
courses that have the exact same name will be updated instead of creating a new course.

<p>As soon as a change is made for a course, all the assigned runners' results will automatically be recalculated.

<p>SI-Droid Event trenutno pozna tri vrste prog:
<ul>
<li>Klasične proge, kjer je potrebno perforirati vse kontrolne točke v pravilnem vrstnem redu, se pravi, v takem vrstnem redu, kot so vnešene v aplikaciji za posamezno progo.</li>
<li>'Score' proge s časovno omejitvijo in opcijsko kaznijo v primeru prekoračitve omejitve. Te proge so poimenovane tudi 'Rogaining'.</li>
<li>'Score' proge z omejitvijo točk. Tekmovalec mora zbrati določeno število točk oz.kontrolnih točk. Ta način je uporaben pri poljubnem vrstnem redu.</li>
</ul>

<p>S pritiskom na posamezno progo lahko vidite njene podrobnosti. Podatke lahko spremenite z dolgim pritiskom na progo in izbiro <b>Change Course</b> ali pa s pritiskom na progo in izbiro ikone Urejanje <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. Za posamezno progo lahko vnesete oz. spremenite sledeče:
<ul>
<li>Naziv proge</li>
<li>Vrsto proge</li>
<li>Za 'Score' proge je možna sprememba časovne/točkovne omejitve in kazni.</li>
<li>Kontrolne točke za progo. Posamezne kontrolne točke ob vnosu ločite s presledkom.<br>
Za 'Score' proge lahko posameznim kontrolnim točkam dodelite točkovno vrednost. Kontrolna točka in točkovna vrednost morata biti ločena z dvopičjem (:) ali vezajem (-), npr. 120-3.
'Score' proge lahko vsebujejo tudi obvezne kotrolne točke kjerkoli na progi. Za le-te uporabite točkovno vrednost nič (0). Kontrolne točke brez vnešene točkovne vrednosti imajo avtomatsko točkovno vrednost ena (1).</li>
<li>Dolžina proge (v metrih). Ta podatek se uporablja pri prikazu rezultatov in sicer za izračun povprečne hitrosti tekmovalca.</li>
<li>Vzpon posamezne proge (v višinskih metrih). Če je vrednost nastavljena, bo uporabljena v rezultatih</li>
<li>Ali ima posamezna proga lastni štartni čas in dejanski štartni čas. Štartni čas bo dodeljen le tekmovalcem, ki na SI čipu nimajo perforirane štartne SI postaje.</li>
</ul>
Možna je tudi ročna izdelava nove proge s pritiskom na ikono Plus <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> in brisanje proge z izbiro <b>Izbriši progo</b>
ali pritiskom na ikono Smetnjak <img src='ic_action_discard.png'/>.

<p>V kolikor želite spremeniti vrstni red prog, to lahko storite z dolgim pritiskom na progo, ki bi jo radi premaknili in nato izbiro <b>Premakni gor</b> ali
<b>Premakni dol</b> v priročnem meniju. To bo vplivalo na vrstni red prog v vseh prikazih in poročilih.

<p>Če imate proge že definirane npr. v OCAD-u, jih lahko uvozite preko menijske opcije <b>Uvozi proge</b>.
Proge morate iz izvornega programa za trasiranje najprej izvoziti v formatu IOF XML v2.0.3/v3.0 in jih nato prenesti na telefon. V primeru, da proge z enakim imenom v podatkovni bazi že obstajajo, ne bodo prepisane, temveč bodo posodobljene!

<p>Takoj po spremembi podatkov o progi bodo preračunani tudi vsi rezultati.

<p>When a SICard is read out it will be shown at the top of the readout list, with an orange background.
By clicking on one card, you will get a view of all available card data from the readout. Depending on the setting done in
<b>Lookup of Card owner</b> you can get the app to automatically retrieve the runners name and club from any of these places:
<ol>
<li>From an already read out card in the event with the same number</li>
<li>A user-defined file on the device's local storage. The file is recommended to be saved in UTF-8 format if any kind of special characters are needed.
Each row in the file should look like:<br/>
<code>SICard nbr, Runner name, Club name, External id, Course name</code></li>
Only the first two parts (card nbr and runner name) is mandatory, the rest is optional. Rows not matching this pattern will be ignored.<br/>
Note: It is also allowed to use semicolon (;) as a separator, instead of the comma which makes it simple to use e.g. Excel for creating the list and saving it as a CSV-file.<br/>
If a course name is added as the fifth part on a row, the runner will be assigned to that course regardless if the punches in the card matches that course or not.
If a course with that name doesn't yet exist, it will be created as a new course without any controls.
<li>From an SICard archive on the Internet (mostly Swedish runners; Mobile or Wifi coverage must be available)</li>
<li>Directly from the owner data stored on the SICard (SICard6 or later)</li>
</ol>
Runners name, club, status and punches can also manually be edited by either long pressing on a card in the list and selecting <b>Change Runner Details</b>
or by first clicking on the card and then selecting the Edit icon <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. In the Edit Runner dialog it is possible to expand it to also show the
runners punches by pressing the down arrow <img src='ic_expand_more_black.png'/> in the bottom right corner. There it is possible to change start time,
finish time and all the punches for the runner. The plus icon <img src='ic_action_add_black.png'/> and trash icon <img src='ic_action_trash_black.png'/>
on the right on every row, adds and removes the punch at that control.

<p>If there is a matching course found for the read out card, the runner is automatically assigned to that course and code checking will
be performed. If the wrong course gets assigned to the runner, you can manually reassign the runner to the correct course either by
long pressing on the card in the list and select <b>Change Runners Course</b> or by clicking on the card and then select the left course icon
<img src='ic_action_change_course.png'/> (the one with an update icon on the bottom right).

<p>If no matching course can be found for a card, the runner will be assigned to the course 'No course'. This will also mean that the runner
is directly set to OK as long as there is a finish punch/time in the card. There will not be any code checking at all performed for the runners
assigned to this course.

<p>It is also possible to define a new course based on all the codes registered in a card. This is very handy to use when the first runner on
each course comes to the finish. This is done either by long pressing a card in the list and selecting <b>Create Course from Card</b>
or by clicking on the card and then choose the right course icon <img src='ic_action_add_course.png'/> (the one with a plus sign on the bottom right).
In the dialog you can name the course and make any other modifications to it before saving it as a new course.

<p>If there is a Bluetooth receipt printer configured in the Settings, it will be possible to print a split time receipt for a runner. In the details view of the
runner there is a receipt icon <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> that will print the split times on the receipt printer. It is also possible to configure
different levels of automatic printing in the Settings. Read more about split time printers in the Settings and on the
<a href=http://www.joja.se/index.php/Bluetooth_Printers>homepage</a> for the app.

<p>Completely remove a card from the app by either long press on a card and then selecting <b>Delete Runner</b>
or by clicking on a card and then select <b>Delete Runner</b> from the menu.

<p>If a runner doesn't have a card with him, it is still possible to add him to the event. By pressing the plus icon <img src='ic_action_new.png'/>, a dialog
will appear in which it is possible to type the runners name and club. It is also possible to enter the start and finish times for the runner.

<p>SI-Droid Event supports using and reading out the same SICard multiple times during an event. As long as the data in the card has been changed
in some way, the card will be read out as any other card. If, however a runner accidentally reads her card twice in a row, the second card
will not be accepted since identical data has already been read. When this happens, a brief explanatory text is shown on the screen.
<b><font color=red>OPOMBA: Brezplačna (Lite) različica aplikacije dovoljuje odčitavanje samo deset SI čipov oz. deset rezultatov!</font></b>

<p>Ko je SI čip odčitan, bo prikazan na vrhu seznama odčitanih čipov z oranžnim ozadjem.
S klikom na odčitek se pokažejo vse podrobnosti, ki so na voljo. Glede na nastavitev

<b>Iskanje uporabnika SI čipa</b> lahko aplikacija pridobi tekmovalčevo ime in klub iz naslednjih virov:
<ol>
<li>z že odčitanega SI čipa z isto številko na istem tekmovanju</li>
<li>iz datoteke z naprave. Datoteka mora biti shranjena v UTF-8 formatu, če uporabljate posebne znake (npr. šumnike).
Vsaka vrstica mora biti v sledečem formatu:<br/>
<code>[št. SI čipa], [Ime in priimek], [Klub]</code></li>
Kot ločilo med polji lahko uporabite tudi podpičje (;).
<li>iz arhiva SI čipov z interneta (večinoma samo švedski uporabniki; za ta način mora biti zagotovljena dostopnost preko mobilnih podatkov oz. Wi-Fi omrežja)</li>
<li>direktno z SI čipa, če so na njem shranjeni uporabniški podatki (SICard6 ali novejši)</li>
</ol>
Tekmovalčevo ime, klub, status in perforacije je možno urejati tudi ročno z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek na seznamu in izbiro <b>Sprememba podrobnosti tekmovalca</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in nato izbiro ikone Urejanje <img src='ic_action_edit.png'/>. V tem pogovornem oknu je možna tudi razširitev prikaza perforacij s pritiskom na puščico <img src='ic_expand_more_black.png'/> v spodnjem desnem kotu. Možna je tudi sprememba štartnega in ciljnega časa ter sprememba posameznih perforacij tekmovalca. Ikoni Plus <img src='ic_action_add_black.png'/> in Smetnjak <img src='ic_action_trash_black.png'/>
na desni strani posamezne vrstice dodata ali izbrišeta perforacijo za posamezno kontrolno točko.

<p>V primeru, da aplikacija najde ujemajočo se progo glede na odčitek, bo le-to tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodelila in preverila njeno pravilnost. V primeru, da je bila tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodeljena napačna proga, jo lahko ročno spremenite z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Sprememba dodelitve proge</b> ali pa s klikom na odčitek in izbiro ikone Proga
<img src='ic_action_change_course.png'/> (poleg ikone Urejanje v zgornjem desnem kotu).

<p>V primeru, da ujemajoča se proga ni bila najdena, aplikacija tekmovalcu dodeli oznako 'Brez proge'. To hkrati pomeni, da se temu tekmovalcu avtomatsko dodeli status 'OK', če SI čip vsebuje perforacijo ciljne kontrole. Preverjanje pravilnosti proge se v tem primeru sploh ne izvede!

<p>Možna je tudi izdelava nove proge glede na perforacije na SI čipu. To lahko uporabite, ko prvi tekmovalec za posamezno progo pride v cilj. Novo progo lahko izdelate z dolgim pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Izdelaj progo s čipa</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro ikone Dodaj progo <img src='ic_action_add_course.png'/> (ikona s plus znakom spodaj desno).
V pogovornem oknu lahko progo poimenujete in opravite vse potrebne popravke, preden jo shranite kot novo progo.

<p>Če imate Bluetooth tiskalnik in ste ga v nastavitvah pravilno nastavili, lahko tudi natisnete izpiske z vmesnimi časi.V podrobnem pogledu tekmovalca se nahaja ikona Natisni <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> ki bo natisnila vmesne čase. V nastavitvah aplikacije je možno nastaviti tudi različne načine avtomatskega tiskanja vmesnih časov. Več o tem si lahko preberete v nastavitvah in na
<a href=http://www.joja.se/index.php/Bluetooth_Printers>spletni strani</a> aplikacije.

<p>Odčitek lahko v celoti izbrišete z dolgim pritiskom nanj in izbiro <b>Izbriši tekmovalca</b>
ali pa s pritiskom na odčitek in izbiro <b>Izbriši tekmovalca</b> v meniju.

<p>Če tekmovalec nima SI čipa, ga je kljub temu možno vnesti. S klikom na ikono Plus <img src='ic_action_new.png'/> se bo odprlo pogovorno okno, v katerem lahko vnesete tekmovalčevo ime in klub. Prav tako lahko vnesete štartni in ciljni čas za tekmovalca.

<p>SI-Droid Event omogoča uporabo in odčitavanje istega SI čipa večkrat na istem tekmovanju. To deluje le v primeru, če so bili podatki na SI čipu spremenjeni. Če pa tekmovalec pomotoma odčita SI čip brez spremembe podatkov dvakrat zaporedoma, bo drugi odčitek zavrnjen, saj je aplikacija prebrala identične podatke kot v prvem odčitavanju. Ko se to zgodi, se na zaslonu pojavi kratko opozorilo z opisom.

Under the <b>Results</b> tab, all read out cards/runners are listed for each course in their result order. Here it is also possible to click
on a runner and get all the card details. It is also possible to click on the course row (in orange) to hide/show all the results for that course.

<p>By clicking the Share icon <img src='ic_action_share.png'/> it is possible to generate the following result reports: <ul>
<li>A straightforward result without any split times as a simple HTML page.</li>
<li>A complete split times report including all intermediate times and positions.</li>
<li>As an IOF v3.0 XML file (with split times). This file can then be imported to WinSplits or another kind of result system.</li>
<li>A split times report in the old OE2003/MT2003 CSV format. This file can e.g. be used for sharing split times on the site splitsbrowser.org.uk</li>
<li>A report with all cards in the event as a SportIdent CSV file</li>
<li>The whole event as a <a href='http://www.melin.nu/meos/en'>MeOS</a> backup for further post-processing.</li>
<li>A combined results report. When the same card has a result on more than one course, all those results are combined into a total result. This report comes
in three different variations as well. If a card has run the same course more than once, You can select if the best, the first or the last run from that course
should be the one counted towards the total result</li> </ul>

<p>All the different types of reports can be shared in the following ways: <ul>
<li>A simple preview in the web browser of the device.</li>
<li>Share the file through one of the other apps installed, e.g. Email, Dropbox or Google Drive</li>
<li>Export the file to a place of your choice.</li> </ul>

<p>If there is a Bluetooth receipt printer configured in the Settings, a receipt icon <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> will be shown. By clicking the icon
it is possible to print a simple result report for the whole event.
Na zavihku <b>Rezultati</b> so prikazani rezultati vseh tekmovalcev/SI čipov za posamezno progo glede na razvrstitev. Tudi tu lahko s pritiskom v vrstico tekmovalca odprete podokno s podrobnostmi. S pritiskom na oranžno vrstico z nazivom proge lahko ta del rezultatov skrijete/prikažete.

<p>S pritiskom na ikono Deli <img src='ic_action_share.png'/> lahko generirate različna poročila z rezultati: <ul>
<li>Preprosti izpis rezultatov brez vmesnih časov kot HTML stran.</li>
<li>Popolno poročilo z vsemi vmesnimi časi in vmesnimi uvrstitvami.</li>
<li>IOF v3.0 XML datoteko (z vmesnimi časi). To datoteko lahko nato uvozite v WinSplits ali podoben sistem za obdelavo rezultatov.</li>
<li>Poročilo o vmesnih časih v starem formatu OE2003/MT2003 CSV. To datoteko lahko uporabite za delitev rezultatov na spletni strani splitsbrowser.org.uk</li>

Če je bil posamezen SI čip uporabljen več kot enkrat na isti progi, lahko izberete, ali naj se za izračun skupnega rezultata uporabi najboljši, prvi ali pa zadnji zabeleženi čas.</li> </ul>

<p>Vsa našteta poročila lahko delite na sledeče načine: <ul>
<li>Preprost predogled v brskalniku na napravi.</li>
<li>Deljenje datoteke preko druge aplikacije na napravi, npr. E-mail, Dropbox ali Google Drive</li>
<li>Izvoz datoteke na poljubno mesto v napravi.</li> </ul>

<p>Če ste v nastavitvah pravilno nastavili tudi Bluetooth tiskalnik, bo prikazana ikona Tiskanje <img src='ic_action_receipt.png'/> . S klikom nanjo je možen izpis preprostega poročila z rezultati dogodka.
